SAT Math: 630 - 740<br>
SAT Writing: 620 - 720<br>
ACT Composite: 28 - 31</p>

<p>So based purely on the numbers, your scores are a bit low.</p>

<p>However, NYU and every other school looks at your teacher recs / essay / extracurriculars, so no one knows for sure. I’m also an African-American student applying at NYU, so I know how nerve-racking it is.
