Are you a Junior or Senior? Yes, your GPA is low and unless you calculate a UC GPA of 4.0 or higher, your chances are very slim for acceptance. UCD puts a heavy emphasis on GPA, more so than test scores. All UC’s will consider your course rigor, so a lack of AP classes will not bode well. If you are a Junior, you need to really get good grades this year to boost your GPA. If you are a Senior, try to ace that ACT and write stellar essays to help give you an edge.
