Chance me, please.

I just calculated my UGA GPA and it is pretty low, it’s 3.45.
My weighted GPA is 3.69.
I talked with my counselor and she said all my classes this year will count toward HOPE, because all my elective courses are science. Does this work the same way for UGA as well? My electives are AP Psychology, AP Computer Science, and Anatomy.
I calculated what UGA GPA I would have if I were to get all raw A’s this semester (if my electives count toward UGA GPA) and it came out as an 3.6.
I am going to guess that this (my 3.4) will increase my chances of just getting denied instead of getting deferred, if I apply Early Action.
Should I still go for EA?
