chance me, please!

<p>UB-- commenting on someone’s chances of admission can’t really give an applicant more information than they already have…you know that your scores, grades and academic record, as presented here, are consistent with admitted students. Applying is a tense time but there’s no quick answer, ya just have to go though the process.</p>

<p>una-- Libby and the U of C admissions always state that acceptance rates EA and RD are roughly equal, but it seems like it just didn’t happen last year.</p>

<p>I think what happened was that they had more EA apps - and admitted at about the historical percentage. Then they had more RD apps as well - therefore had to admit fewer. </p>

<p>My impression (just my opinion, guys, no solid statistical data) is that if you REALLY like Chicago, and can get your essays completed, and you are not depending on your first semester senior grades to bail you out of the GPA basement, applying EA is a good thing.</p>
