Do you have a chance at Purdue and UMD applying regular decision? Yes.
Would your chances have been much, much better had you applied Early Action to both of these schools? Also, yes.
You’ll know soon enough, but waiting to apply in RD makes them both reaches. I hope you have other acceptances.
