I never said that u are jealous of my achievements and I would never say that as well!!! u’ve been a president, a prefect, a house prefect and a good swimmer!!! the post by highway-to hell, which has already been deleted…(gods knows how!!) said that girls from 3rd world countries have advantage and that would be the ONLY reason I would get in to ANY college!!! it seemed like he wanted to say that the girls who have got into colleges so far, got in only bcoz they are a girl!!! so I was actually asking highway-to-hell if his male ego was hurt when girls got in rather than guys!! I was asking HIM if he was jealous of those girls—not me!!!</p>
<p>I don’t know which particular EC you are talking about-where we jus go, have peanuts and come back bocca but we had actually cleaned temple through SSC and planted trees every year for around three years with japanese volunteers through environ… club (in KUHS) I hope you know that there are areas like krishna bhir in our country which needs people to plant trees. Well i didnot actually plant trees there but there are a few hills somewhat similar in chaukot, dhulikhel!!!</p>

<p>Well bocca I was never bragging about my “achievements” was I??? I had just listed down my stats and asked people for sincere comments!! Well I did plant trees, which was one of the major works done through environ…club, KUHS and SSC activities included temple cleaning projects as well so I included them. Well I don’t understand y I should not have cared to have them listed but then yes I have included them in my CV according to priority. But the way u guys were harsh on me for no apparent reason obviously required similar response.</p>

<p>And when I did not reply for a couple of days jus becoz I had not been able to surf net I get this comment –

<p>You know what bocca—when someone clearly states that the only reason you have a chance to get into a college is becoz u r a girl from some third world country or becoz the adcoms “mood” might be good while going through ur app then one does need to highlight reasons for their acceptance. I know that I can very well be rejected by Oberlin but if I am accepted then it won’t be only becoz I am a girl!!! I seriously don’t feel that adcoms select students who cannot survive in their college. Whatever u call it- my arrogance or my ego, I still stand by it. </p>
