You are definitely a competitive applicant for those Ivy Leagues. Low Match- Safeties for the UC’s because of your grades (and maybe SAT), Pomona - low reach, Harvey Mudd - safety. Stanford is mid-high reach just because it is so selective.
I would suggest adding CalTech to that list, especially if you want chem. engineering (really good program, but a LOT of work 
). Of which, that is a low-reach
