As far as UVA, it is a reach school for you although early decision increases your odds slightly. Go talk to your school college advisor. They will know how you compare to past applicants from your school. From my son’s out of state private school, successful applicants have generally been near the top of the class with 1500 + on the SAT. May be different from your school. Good luck
