Have you toured the schools listed, listened to their Admissions officers?
Texas and Vanderbilt are out-test scores/gpa/rank just aren’t there, the others will be hard reaches. Arkansas is your best bet. Mississippi State needs to be thrown into the mix-great campus, they throw $ at OOS.
