<p>I think you look strong and you have some reaches but you are in good shape for a lot of those schools and it is a good list for you! getting your act scores up will only help. 8-11 are target schools, and the others are a reach (some more than others).</p>

Really impressive ECs; study for ACT and try to get it to 32+ or you could try the SAT.
But, I think UPenn and UChicago are reaches for pretty much everyone. If you especially love one, go for ED. Other than that, you have pretty good chances.</p>
