<p>I think the improvement in grades you showed from 10th to 11th is remarkable. For that reason, coupled with your numerous ECs and your high SAT II scores (SAT 1 is however a bit low), you seem to be on the fence. I think you would make it into UCSD, UCI, and UCD. However, UCLA seems a bit of the stretch - depending on how much they take your circumstances into account.</p>
