What on earth are you talking about ^^^ and why are you sprinkling your sunshine on a topic you know absolutely nothing about?
I’m not a fan of chance me threads but I’ll respond to this one because it looks rather familiar. @swimmerD , my son was accepted EA to NEU with stats like yours and inferior ECs. He was a year-round competitive swimmer and had a job. That’s pretty much it. To be honest, I’m not sure ECs matter as much as people think they do except as they help shape an essay. Just an opinion. Anyway, he is a sophomore at NEU now and is thriving. When he applied, his communication with the regional admissions rep made his genuine interest in NEU as a top pick school very clear. If your rep comes to your school, be sure to be at that meeting. Linger afterwards to ask more questions. Follow up with an email. Demonstrate your interest. You are absolutely in the range but as you already pointed out, you are in the typical range. What can separate you from others in that range is interest. Good luck!
