You are applying for competitive majors at competitive schools. Definitely need to bump up your test scores and your UC GPA is below average for all the schools on your list.

I would add UCSC and UCR as solid Match schools. Also consider, San Diego State, CSU Fullerton, CSU Long Beach, San Jose State (SE not CS) and Cal Poly Pomona.
