I think others have said, including me, that we really don’t know about the grade skip. I read some stuff online that say it won’t matter. That’s why I said earlier to ask a school’s admission counselor - or rather she can.
But in the end, it’s happened. She skipped. So why does it matter ?
I wish I married my college gf but I didn’t. Found another. It’s happened. Can’t change it.
Again she’s going to go to a fantastic college and maybe one on your list.
Say she gets turned down everywhere worst case. You’d never know if it’d be any different if she was a four year student.
I don’t see anything here to be concerned about except checking into which of the schools, like Purdue, are not direct admission and understanding if that’s something you are ok with or bothered by. If bothered, swap in some direct admit schools so she gets her major vs another she doesn’t want.
I think your list and strategy are great and there will be a happy ending.
I don’t think you need paralysis by analysis here. Your list/plan are well thought out.
