Both of these are tougher admits for women, and W&M is especially tough for out of state women. The overall admissions stats don’t tell the whole story. I would consider both of these reaches.
According to the OP, data-infused Scoir indicates a 100% acceptance rate at Vassar for applicants with profiles similar to that of this student. For this reason, Vassar may represent a match of some type — perhaps a low match — for the OP’s daughter.

She applied ED to Cornell - Brooks Public Policy, submitting her score, 1460.

Prior to Cornell acceptance, she also was accepted to SUNY Binghamton and Clark ($36k merit). She withdrew everything else.
She was going to ED2 to Emory.
Her submitted/withdrawn other schools:

Congrats to her.
Did she get a chance to fall in love before applying ED ?
Originally this wasn’t a top school for her.
Best of luck to her. A great get!!
Thanks. I don’t know about “love” but it became her top choice as she processed all the info.
