Certainly a very strong candidate. As with any schools with a low acceptance rate (as OOS is here), this means it will depend on the essays, LoR, etc.
It’s certainly a match, and I’d say there’s a pretty decent chance of admission, but there’s also a need for alternatives and Safeties.
(Purdue, GA Tech, Virginia Tech as similar/slightly safer. Ohio State closer to a safety).
