That’s a lot of School. Your GPA is really really low for someone who is applying to the Ivys. That will hurt you a lot. Your music the royal conservatory thing does not hold any significant meaning as an EC unless you’ve thrived up into the highest level.
You do not have that much of meaningful ECs actually. You did not actually get an internship anywhere besides being a tutor. You are only a VP in one club, and you do not have that many engineering related ECs as well.
So in conclusion, your stats, both GPA and EC wise are not outstanding. What makes you different from the other pools of applicants?
