it still wouldn’t differ by much, your GPAs are way too low and your APs aren’t THAT stellar either. You would probably get into UIUC, UW and the UCs (other than Cal and probably LA). But other than that, unless you have really really great interview and a really engaging and personal essay to back it up with, I would say that Ivys are all out of reach.
