Agreed, OP is missing essential coursework the top colleges expect to see in CS applicants.
@julia_md12 - are there additional math and science classes you’ve taken but not listed?
Your research and internship don’t demonstrate an interest in CS, so unfortunately they may not help much at the highly rejective colleges.
Being from Mississippi will help though.
