What state are you from ? If you are paying out of state tuition that hurts you, since you will have a greater need and thus a greater chance for a gap. You will get all the federal aid that an in state student does. What is your EFC ?
If you want a BS you will need to apply to the college of bio science, but those scores are too low to get you in.
There is a Biology BA degree in liberal arts, which is still going to be a reach, but you should look at that program and make sure its what you are interested in.
