Chances as a transfer

I’m a transfer student at BC right now, and I was admitted for this semester. Honestly, the biggest thing you’re going to want to do is keep in touch with admissions. I had slightly higher high school creds. than you, but not by much. I also had a 3.9 GPA at my previous university, and I got waitlisted. But I know a lot of transfers who had lower credentials than I did that got in immediately. My high school was also not good at all.

You’re going to want to keep in touch with admissions, call with questions, get a meeting with Mary French if you come to campus for a visit. She’s the director of transfer admissions and she remembered me a couple months after meeting because I kept in contact. I also wrote them a letter describing why I felt BC was a good place for me. Hope this helps!
