@Mototkid123: All the Cal States admit by major and CSU GPA. Based on posted stats his Eligibility index is (3.3x800) + (1000) which equals 3640. His eligibility index is low for all the Cal states on your list.
For SDSU, an EI of 4100 is competitive
For CSULB, an EI of 3900 is competitive
For CSUF and CPP, an EI of 3800 is competitive.
Unless you are local for CSUF or CPP, all are going to be Reach schools.
ME is impacted at all the campuses so to be competitive, applicants need to meet higher standards.

UCR: 25%
