<p>If you want small classes, the UCs or UT aren’t good choices. The classes are very large. You can to get into the honors college at universities where it’s offered, but I’m not sure you’d qualify with your stats.
Same thing at UIUC or Purdue etc…
UIUC CSE, UVA, and GTech are all reaches due to how selective they are, but they’re also matches for your stats since you’re full pay.
UCB and UCLA probably aren’t going to happen but you can try - why not apply to Cal Poly SLO or SDSU Engineering in addition to UCI and UCSB?</p>
