Sadly… Holistically speaking, I don’t think you’ll get in. You should consider applying to safeties. I don’t mean that to be rude, I’m just being honest.

Your extracurricular activities, aren’t very eye-popping. What does a Latin Club Queen for Homecoming have to do with college admissions? Similarly, being a make-up artist isn’t really relevant.

It’s great you have those experiences, and admissions will definitely pay mind to your interest and what you’ve done. What do you plan on majoring? Can you link your political activity, make-up artist position and homecoming queen to something academic? What did you get on your AP exams? Did you pass? How about class rank?

Your SAT, GPA and course rigor is well below the average for UGA’s last year’s average and we anticipate another record breaking class this year. Your extracurricular activities are also not as impressive as some other posters/students I have seen. You can address your health concerns on your college application as well.

Admissions is a competition, so don’t be discouraged by what I’m saying. I’m only pitting you against the average. :)

Everyone should always apply regardless of their application. Good luck!
