From my school, a good friend was postponed with a 32 ACT and 3.4 UW GPA, and another friend was denied with 31 ACT and 3.3 UW GPA. A girl was accepted with a 29 ACT and 3.8 UW GPA. UW Madison runs in my family as well. I would say you are a high match.
