Lol come on man, your grades changed by about 0.1 or less. Little would change regarding whatever your chances are (and most of us posting on the JHU thread hate chancing). Your grades appear reasonably near the average of accepted students, which clearly means you have a decent chance of being accepted. Beyond that all you can do moving forward is get the best grades, highest test scores, best recs, stand out in meaningful ECs and fill out the best application.
JHU grade conversion discussion: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/johns-hopkins-university/233288-does-jhu-recalculate-gpas.html
Basically weighted GPA may not necessarily be officially calculated, but of course rigor is considered. Convert your 7.0 scale GPA to a percent and then translate it into a 4.0 scale. On the 4.0 scale an A- is a 3.7 and a B+ is a 3.3 etc. So make sure your school also does a similar grading approach for grading or adjust as a percent as need be if not (a 3.7 grade (A-) is 0.925 of 4.0 which is a 6.475 on a 7.0 scale, etc). Also note that repeated coursework does not replace the lower grade so make sure you count both.
As for the IB system with 6 and 7 = A then I’m sure there is a percent different so maybe the 6=A is closer to an A- on the 4.0 scale? Check with the thread I posted, check online or ask JHU admissions.
