<p>I hope someone responds to this because i am in a very similar situation and i also want to do something in neuroscience. you have a lot of extra curricular interests which will look good and your grades are in an upward trend. I think if you are able to really raise your act score you have just as good a chance as anyone. also really try to apply ED that will help.</p>
