<p>I think I can be objective…I went to UF undergrad and UM for grad school, and now my HS Senior is interested in the Music programs at UCF, FSU and South Carolina. While he also applied to UF, he seems less interested based on their music program. He already received his acceptance letters to USF and UCF, and I have to admit UCF grows on us daily. Yes, we live in Orlando, but the music professor had him come out early and is clearly interested. Stats: 3.6 weighted UF/UCF/FSU GPA with 7 AP classes and almost all honors for everything else; 4 years marching band, 3 years wind ensemble (1st chair as a senior), 2 years Jazz, 2 years Chamber Winds, National Honor Society, SAC, Beta Club, 200+ volunteer hours.</p>
<p>It’s all about the music program for him, so it’s an entirely different world…</p>
