Chances: Harvard, Carnegie, Cornell?

You won’t get into Harvard. I’m not saying this because I’m a pompous a-hole, but the reason being that you’re from Bentley majoring in finance. Harvard makes it clear that it won’t accept credit from:
“technical or vocational courses such as journalism, law, agriculture, nursing, business.” What this means is you won’t be qualified as a transfer student and must do a freshman application, in which case it’s still unlikely you’ll get in. However, if you have taken at least 30 credits of liberal art classes (and if they are all transferable) then you might be qualified to transfer. Even then, it’s still an uphill battle. I’m not quite sure on the computer science program, so no comment there. I believe Cornell’s policy is similar, the only Ivy that accepts business-credits is Penn, at the Wharton School.
