If you later apply to medical or other professional school, be aware that all of your college courses and grades, including while in high school, count toward your record and GPA for the purpose of applying to medical or other professional school.
Note that medical schools also use BCPM (biology, chemistry, physics, math) GPA as well as overall college GPA, so it is especially important to earn A grades (on the first attempts) in BCPM courses if you want to go to medical school.
