Your chances are virtually non-existant. Your 85 TOEFL score is the weakest part of your application. That would likely explain your low Verbal score on the SAT.

Harvard does not require TOEFL, but they do require (not surprisingly) proficiency in English. The usual benchmark for TOEFL is 100, so the 85 and the weak SAT EBRW score will raise giant red flags over your ability to survive at Harvard.
