I can’t really judge your GPA because I know they are different for each school, so I really recommend making use of Naviance if your school has it! It shows the average SAT/ACT/GPA students from your school who have gotten into BU had!! It’s really helpful. Also, I think that you could really increase your chance if you raise your SAT score a bit… the average SAT score for kids who got in last year was a 1450, but I think that if you get it above a 1400 you’d be in a good place. I’d also try the ACT!! I took the SAT once, hated the format of it, and got a 1280. I took the ACT once and got a 30!! For some people the results on each test vary so I’d try both 
Otherwise, your ECs sound really good!! You look like you have lots of activities that matter to you which is great! I /think/ BU is need blind when looking at applications so you don’t have to worry about the financial aid in terms of getting in but I could be wrong.
