You should certainly get into Ohio State!
Also, being outstate with the class rank and ACT requirement you should also get the National Buckeye Scholarship! 
Which is $12,000 a year!
However, your ACT is not high enough to get into the honors college, I may not get in with a 30. 
Have you toured OSU yet? If not I highly recommend you do so! I have been there three times, once for an official tour, the other two times visiting my brother and I LOVE it!</p>
