<p>Well, my current problem is that I want to get into UCLA’s Linguistics and Computer Science program (single program). No other UC has this kind of joint program that I’ve seen. My previous records at other colleges may hinder my chances, even though I have a 3.6 GPA and a good set of extracurricular activities. So I was thinking that if I get into another UC or CSU elsewhere, what would I transfer as? I realized that transferring in as a Linguistics major would be much easier than coming in as a Computer Science major and I would just double once I transfer.</p>
<p>Point of the story: transfer in what you think is easiest. Go in as Poli Sci if it is easier, then try to double from there.</p>
