<p>A few comments, though - writing is generally given the least weight in the process, and Brown seems to focus less on SAT scores than many similar institutions. Lots of ECs are not necessarily great - it seems to be depth and quality more than just number. So if those ECs are things your daughter puts good time into, they’ll be solid. Otherwise, they may look superficial. Good luck - there doesn’t seem to be anything that’d immediately disqualify her, but everyone has low chances with so many qualified applicants for relatively few spots.</p>
