you should be able to figure out your classes no problem. the requirements for the colleges are a little different, obviously, but at least you will be able to go over the general overview of how the process of signing up for classes and finding resources (hence ‘orientation’)

FOR LS you’ll use this:
[Degree Requirements - Undergraduate Students - College of Letters & Science, UC Davis/url
take a look at this too: [url=http://www.ls.ucdavis.edu/students/newstudents.aspx]New Students - Undergraduate Students - College of Letters & Science, UC Davis](http://www.ls.ucdavis.edu/students/degreerequirements.aspx)
it’ll give you all kinds of new student info about LS…I don’t know how it differs from the college of ag.

FOR AG:
[Information for New First Year/Freshmen Students — College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences/url

use these sites as a guide to figuring out what requirements you need to satisfy. in general, everyone has the same basic requirements

and since you both are planning on transferring to another college, you can still obtain the resources and other papers that they hand out by going to the orientations a few days before school starts:

NOTE: and if you have a lot of AP credit and/or taken ANY community college. I strongly suggest that you visit an ACADEMIC advisor (not a peer advisor-that is a student) that has a copy of your transcript (they can print one out to keep in their file) and see exactly what these classes transfer over as and how many units you have starting out as a freshman. This is extremely helpful if you have a major that is 180 units, as there is very little room for error, unless you want to be here in the hot summer or become a super-senior. You may even find that you have satisfied another requirement that you did not know you had.
