The CCC counselors just say what they would expect… They don’t want people jumping around. However, it is not impossible to switch. To switch schools, my brother had to talk and write an essay about why he wanted to do Electrical Engineering. Because he was serious, they let him in. In general, if you 1. Have most prereqs (70% sounds all right) completed/can complete the degree in a timely fashion (They don’t want professional students) and 2. Are serious about the switch, you shouldn’t have any trouble.</p>

It should not be a problem. Like I said, show intrest/ be serious when you go an talk. Argue subjectively (i.e. “I took a computer engineering class and I was changed.”, etc)</p>
