You can switch chem sections any time before drop day, and you can go to any recitation session anyways (not necessarily the one youre registered in). The only difference between sections is that in the “remedial” sections the TA will tell you answers to homework and the one in the advanced section will just ramble about blackbody radiation. The lectures are the same for everyone who doesnt test out of chem1</p>
