[This website](http://www.che.caltech.edu/undergrad_prog/courses.html) has course descriptions and sometimes a syllabus for the chemical engineering classes. Only one (!!) class has a course website, which I find kind of ridiculous. My division (physics) has websites, linked from the division website for nearly every class, which have lecture notes, problem sets, problem set solutions, reading assignments, tests, and test solutions. You might be able to find some other ChE course websites by searching for “che [course number] caltech,” but since it looks like the division doesn’t pressure the professors to even make course websites, I think you may be out of luck.

Also, ChE 103 is a sophomore/junior class and you’re expected to have taken or be taking ACM 95 (complex analysis, ODEs, PDEs), so I’m not sure it’s what you were looking for. If you’re trying to prepare for a hard course next year, I recommend getting the textbook early or getting a better one (look at reviews on Amazon or talk to people who have already taken the class) and just reading it through and doing the book problems.
