<p>I don’t know anything about a 3% (have no idea what you’re talking about). I just read somewhere that the chemistry placement exam considered passing as 54%.</p>

<p>Never mind, apparently it’s like an 80% (must be really easy):

<p>This seems new, actually. They seem to be making the full switch to the Aleks system, both for the placement exam and the coursework (this summer is the first time they are trying it for the coursework).</p>
