ok~does that mean i just stayed up for notthing?lol

I feel that my guess is coming to be true-they want to choose the most unexpected time to release results.
(I am serious this time)

the office closes at 4pm tomorrow and every other year they’ve been released at 4pm!

they might as well tell us flat out!

this is like a game…Gee!

jack, that’s what i was thinking. except- what if there’s technical issues or something?

then, you have to define if their office is closed as in no staff are there, or closed as in no call are taken…

I notice that their calendars have changed several times.

so if not today, why there’s a sudden maintenance in the morning? got attacked by hacker?

Maybe they’re closing early to avoid phone calls =

can anyone clarify… is it 4 pm eastern time or central time

^eastern i think

Cornells was released at 5pm.

Browns was released at NINE AT NIGHT! haha

If there are technical problem’s the tech folks will deal with it. Its the admissions office that closes at 3pm and it’s the admissions counselors who don’t want to field phone calls from angry parents while emotions are hottest.

Do you think are adcons know how to do all the website programming needed to post the decisions or deal with any issues that may come up? They just pass the decision on and have the website people deal with the rest. The website people will probably be there.

4pm tomorrow. Wait and see! =)

I shall wait till 4pm Honolulu time today! damn it!!

Not necessarily. Stop arguing over this…we’ll see when we’ll see, as in, I have a gut feeling it will come out today, but I’m not sure. I don’t know. :P

It still could be today. Don’t leave now.

I was thinking it would be Tuesday, but you never know with Chicago. I wish we knew if they closed early on D-day last year…

If I were an admissions counselor, I would close the office early on D-day. I wouldn’t want to have to deal with upset people.

It’s kinda fun to spend my lunch hour freaking out over this. I’m smiling so hard at all of this right now.

Also, don’t expect to get on at exactly 4pm eastern. You’ll be dealing with umpteen thousand other kids trying to get on at the same time. Took a good fifteen minutes after decisions were released for Cornell before I could get even on the website.

So tomorrow at four: sit back, have a clementine or a cup of hot chocolate, and try at quarter past four. haha

Tmr…I will check after I’m back from school= =which will be a good 10 hours apart, yay~…last 20ish minutos for today…will hang in here just a bit

it’d be really funny if it went today. We’re all convinced that it isn’t today now. It’d be great.

I know motion will be like, “called it!” even though he’s changing his bet to tomorrow.

You can’t play both sides!

14 minutes… and then we’ll know.

Kitkatkatie, I saw you on the MIT EA thread! XD Seems like quite a few people applied to both MIT and Chicago EA. =]

Anyway… in 12 minutes plz >w<?

perhaps it will be 4pm central time? or even 5pm central time? or 9pm central/eastern time, as Brown do?
