A few years ago my older sonGC recommended he look at RWU. We visited and thought it made a good impression so my son applied early action. We heard from all his other EA schools before Christmas but heard nothing from RWU. New Years, then MLK came and went and still we heard nothing. I called the GC and she said no one in the school had heard from RWU and she was livid. I called them the last week of January, was only able to speak to a student intern who told us we would hear the following week. Around the 6th of February my son received a rejection. I told my son the rejection was actually a blessing because if the school was unable to live up to its obligation to provide a timely EA response, I’m sure that was the tip of the iceberg of institutional incompetence. Feel it was a bullet dodged.
