<p>There is more to the story than published in the Baltimore Sun. Realize that the paper likes to exagerate things and publish inaccurate information or half truths. I happen to know the PIO for this case and he/she has shared information deemed appropriate to be released to MIDN.</p>

<p>Read the paper with a grain of salt.</p>
