Impossible. No top engineering program places well into medical schools. Not even MIT; it’s just too hard on gpa.

Top rated schools don’t have a monopoly of sending its students to professional schools. My H graduated from Kenyon College in the 70’s when medical schools acceptance rate was lower than now. In his graduating class, every student except one, who applied to med school got in.
Don’t underestimate top LACs’ success in placing students to graduate schools. In many instances, they have the ability to provide students with internships and work experience for professors at the undergraduate level which are important criteria for grad school admissions.

To the OP, if you do well in any of the Claremont schools, you won’t have any trouble medical school admission.
