I hope I get in… will be insanely luck y if i do
bro thats smart af
ngl i dont like college confidential’s system. it’s so much more complicated than reddit, for example. like i can’t tell who someone is replying too. kind of wack.
anyways, how do u guys think ur chances of getting into this program are?
@myredditbruh whats ur @ on reddit
@onthatgrind_ lmaoooooooooooooo. my reddit acc is myredditbruh
Also @didvk20 for ur post, u said how do u know if they submitted rec letters. When i go on my app portal and click on my app, it shows huge green checkmarks if my recommender submitted or not. just fyi
@boppityboop u better have a good gpa, solid ecs, and a strong essay
anyone get confirmation email about the application has been successfully received recently?
I applied but have no chances of getting in. I applied to 6 programs, so I have other options. This program seems great, but it wouldn’t be great for me financially.
@Neurorocks03 it’s literally free, and they pay u too lmao
@tsbasmo1 i haven’t gotten 1, but my teacher just turned her rec letter in yesterday
Myredditbruh
I am aware, but you have to pay for transportation and the stipend is only $750. I have already been accepted to another program that is free with a larger stipend.
@Neurorocks03
Aight bro my bad man. i didn’t know u lived that far
does anyone know how many people apply? and how many people get in?
12 people get in, and the number of applicants grows every year. I believe it was around 500 last year.
@didvk20 I think that’s incorrect. There were over 1000 applicants less year according to a previous Clark Scholar. The summer of 2019 Clark Scholars said that they were told that it was less than 0.5% acceptance rate.
@Luna123LC Expect nearly 2000 people or probably more. Expect less than a 0.5% acceptance rate.
Which is a better program in terms of learning/ doing research - RSI or Clark’s?
RSI by a long shot
Does anyone know if they accept updates?
@Kasychakra what kind of update? if it’s test scores then yes, but nothing to like essays, extracurriculars. u can add awards i think
