navy_clarinetMom: I can understand that there might be one or two NAPS class members who didn’t graduate, but who had made such improvements academically that they convinced the CO to provide the necessary recommendation to get into USNA, but to go from 193 graduates to 217 Appointments in one class that way? That just doesn’t make sense to me, when there are so many new, non-NAPS candidates each year who are 3Q’d, but don’t get an Appointment. Surely there’s just a typo in the numbers??
