<p>I heard during a visit that the # of applicants was down from the 12000 or so range to the current 10,900 or thereabouts? Is this right? someone told me in the past there was up to 15000 applicants/yr. Is this right? Maybe its 15000 inquiries not actual applications. I wonder if they define applicant as the number that complete a full application or do they include also include those that filled out a PA but not a full application.</p>
