Has anybody been accepted to other universities?
I got rejected from most of schools, so i am being really nervous.
Accepted to every place I applied to except Uchicago and Berkeley where I got waitlisted.
@penguiny I’ve been waitlisted at 8 schools so far. I’m getting really nervous.
I got accepted into the WBB program at USC, but NYU Stern is also one of my top choices. Good luck to you 
@mac9028 – Not necessarily. The blog stated that they would send out notices before and after school hours (in New York). So the amount of time that has passed since 8am is probably meaningless. The real question (which I think no one knows the answer to) is whether ALL rejections went out in the morning, or there are more to come in the afternoon.
I’m guessing that rejections are over, as no one posted here saying that they were accepted. I think we’ve made it!

Post 3PM ET is when the wave starts again I guess and might go on till 5 I believe. How are U.S school hours like? Just a general question
The big question, is this afternoon just acceptances or a mix of acceptances and a few more rejections? Only time will tell! Best of luck everyone, and I’m repping my purple NYU sweater at school today
Congrats to those who have been accepted to universities. It is really difficult time for time because I got no university acceptance letter. 
Anyone accepted? I haven’t gotten a rejection email yet
@jazzdancer2102 Generally school hours in America go from 8:00am to 3:00pm
I really hope they left all the acceptance letter. Let’s pray together haha.
@jazzdancer2102 My school starts at 8:45 and ends at 4:05. Many end at 3 and begin at 7.
@penguiny don’t worry! I was in your position until just a few hours ago. Waitlisted at 4 schools, one of them being my dream one. Only time will tell, but hopefully you will get into one of your remaining schools, and if not, you still have a good shot at the 8 waitlists you have
@frap2g True, sorry. I’m just optimistic because (based off of precedent) it looks like we’re in the clear. 
@yoshimax I understand, I just don’t want to be too optimistic because that would make a rejection hurt so much more /:

My friend received her decision at around 4:00PM EST last year. so several hours left.
