CLASS OF 2019 REGULAR DECISION APPLICANTS

Is there anyone who dont have events on their albert? haha

@bazz2203‌ Can you explain?

@bazz2203‌ what’s not accurate

@Ventures‌ how did u check it? Do u need a confirmation number?

@frap2g click on weekend square, there should be one if u did not get rejected/waitlisted earlier

How did everybody check the events?

Okay so I have Admitted Students events all over my calendar, how do I know if they’re for Tisch or not?

@nat97xo‌ same here

@ykk1203‌ I have liberal studies weekend on the square. Anyone else?

This doesn’t have anything to do with your admission. It is only official if you receive an email.

It just lists events around the nation. My daughter applied to stern and it does list that.

im praying we didn’t get lsped

I applied to Stern and I can see my events but I don’t see anything Stern related

@Rantahu Mine says the same about liberal studies on admitted students day and I applied for social work and in the calender there is a orientation for social work

It’s so cruel to space out admissions like this

@rantahu That one says “specifically designed for admitted students and their families.” Then I also see a weekend on the square for (I think) April 19, which reads:
Liberal Studies Weekend on the Square
We are delighted that you will be joining us on campus at Weekend on the Square. Your day will begin with an academic session hosted by Liberal Studies. (Check-in and continental breakfast will begin at 9:00 AM; the program will begin promptly at 9:15 AM.) You and your family will then be escorted to our NYU Welcome Celebration. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to take a campus tour, visit residence halls, and speak with a financial aid counselor.

Did anybody else who got rejected or waitlisted check?

Wait I had an “in the square” event and now it’s gone…

Holy **** my DD has a Gallatin event on the square on her events page. NYU was a reach for her, I didn’t think it would happen. I kind of didn’t want it to because I have heard so many horror stories re: Financial Aid. I am not going to say anything about this… I will wait patiently until she gets the email. Financial Aid and their tendency to take it away after you agree to go is an issue. It happened to us when she did pre-college over the summer so I know first hand that it is possible. Now we just wait for GW and all of this stress will be behind us.

Good luck everyone!!

@lisaol But rejected applicants don’t have these events?
