I got into Poly, wondering where did you guys see your merit?
@BabyBat I talked to Financial Aid, it’s a combined merit-need based scholarship from CAS. My total financial aid is that plus my pell grant plus work study plus some loans

The moms on this forum talking how nyu rarely gives out aid to 130K plus income kids need to sthu. They gave me 34K, more than any other school even Fordham. Almost didn’t apply but sure as hell happy that I did

Haven’t gotten my email, but I’m in to Gallatin!!! Right after my rejection from michigan so up yours to my dad’s alma mater…
Stats:
GPA: 3.6
SAT: 2070 (M-620, CR-720, W-730)
APs: 5 on English and French, 3 on Envisci
ECs: Extreme focus on service and outreach. Very well rounded and there are lots.
Recs: Very strong an according to other schools, quite flattering
Idk what else is really relevant. My essays and my resume were primed very very specifically to Gallatin. Like very specifically
